Competitive Ninja Warrior training in Sumter, South Carolina.
Our Youth Ninja Team takes everything athletes learn in class and puts it on the competition course. Team ninjas train obstacle technique, grip strength, balance and speed while building the self-trust it takes to step up to an unfamiliar course and go for it.
More than medals, the team teaches our athletes how to fall, reset and try again. Those "obstacles" become a metaphor for understanding their own strengths — and the confidence they earn on the rig follows them into the classroom and beyond.

Athletes are placed by coach evaluation and move up as their skills and strength develop.

Our core competitive squad. Athletes train obstacle technique, grip strength, agility and speed, then travel to local and regional ninja competitions throughout the season.
For our most experienced ninjas competing at the highest levels. Training focuses on advanced obstacles, conditioning blocks and course strategy for national qualifiers.

Team placement starts with a ninja basics class and a coach evaluation. Tell us about your ninja and we'll reach out with tryout and practice details for the upcoming season.
