I create living gifts that help people say what matters: I appreciate you, I'm thinking of you, you are not alone. Every Expression is designed by hand, with the occasion and the recipient in mind, because I believe meaningful gifts deserve time, attention, and intention.
Her Story
Why living gifts?
In 2018, Shalania was diagnosed with neuroendocrine carcinoma and began a fight she is still proud of today. During long hospital stays, she learned something she never forgot: a small, thoughtful gesture can change an entire day. A visit, a note, a gift chosen with care reminds a person that they are valued and loved.
Botanical Expressions grew from that lesson. A living plant keeps growing after the moment it arrives, quietly reminding someone that they are being thought of. That is the kind of gift Shalania has always wanted to give, and now she designs it for you to give too.

One More Thing She Does
With Every Step
Shalania also founded With Every Step Inc., a small nonprofit that brings joy and dignity to seniors in nursing facilities and neighbors who are shut in, through specially curated gifts, visits, and a weekly community walking program. It is one more way she lives out the same belief: nobody should walk alone.
