Service area and fee
We offer local delivery only and never ship orders. Standard delivery is available within Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, and Clermont (the West Orange and Clermont areas) for a $10 delivery fee. Service is based on the complete delivery address and availability.
Need delivery outside these cities? Please use the website contact form before ordering so we can confirm whether special arrangements are possible. Do not place an order for an unsupported address.
Regular delivery windows
- Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Sunday: unavailable
All delivery dates and times use America/New_York time. Exact delivery times within a window are not available. Same-day delivery is not offered.
Preparation and availability
The earliest available date shown at checkout reflects the current preparation lead time, recurring schedule, and blocked dates. A selected date is not final until the order is accepted. Holidays, capacity, severe weather, supply constraints, or other circumstances may affect availability.
Daytime delivery
Daytime delivery may be available by advance arrangement, particularly for businesses or locations that require daytime delivery. Please contact us before ordering to discuss availability.
Accurate details and access
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate address, recipient phone number, gate or building instructions, and other access details. Please confirm that the recipient or another authorized person can receive the gift during the delivery window.
If delivery cannot be completed because information is incorrect, access is unavailable, or the recipient refuses the gift, additional delivery charges may apply before another attempt. A refund is not guaranteed.
Safe-location permission
If you authorize a safe-location delivery, describe a sheltered, secure, and accessible location. Once the arrangement is left at the authorized location, responsibility for weather exposure, temperature, theft, animals, or delayed retrieval passes to the purchaser and recipient.
We may decide not to leave an arrangement when the location appears unsafe, exposed, inaccessible, or unsuitable for a living plant.
Weather and unforeseen events
Plant safety comes first. Severe heat, cold, storms, road conditions, emergencies, or events outside reasonable control may require a delayed or rescheduled delivery. We will use the purchaser’s contact information to communicate a material change.
Problems with a delivery
Report a missing, damaged, or unsatisfactory delivery promptly. Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
