Follow the arrangement’s care tag
Use any care information included with the arrangement as the first guide. Mixed arrangements may contain plants with different needs. When uncertain, identify the individual plant before changing its care routine.
Light
Most indoor foliage plants prefer bright, indirect light. Avoid placing an arrangement immediately against a hot window or in prolonged direct sun unless the included care information says otherwise. Rotate the container occasionally for more even growth.
Water
Check the soil before watering. Do not assume every plant needs water on the same schedule. Overwatering and standing water can damage roots. Water slowly, avoid saturating decorative materials, and protect furniture and other surfaces from moisture.
Temperature and placement
Keep plants away from extreme heat or cold, heating and cooling vents, and sudden temperature changes. Retrieve safe-location deliveries promptly so the arrangement is not exposed to unsuitable outdoor conditions.
Pets and children
Some plants may be harmful if chewed or swallowed by pets or children. Decorative picks, wire, ribbon, tags, moss, soil, floral accents, and other small pieces may also present choking or injury risks. Keep the entire arrangement out of reach unless you have confirmed that every plant and element is suitable for the household.

Allergies and sensitivities
Plants, flowers, soil, moss, fragrance, and natural materials can trigger allergies or sensitivities. If the recipient has known sensitivities, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free arrangement.
Natural changes
Leaf color, flowering, growth, and longevity vary by plant, season, environment, and care. Natural variation or decline after delivery does not necessarily indicate a product defect.
Quality concerns
If an arrangement arrives damaged or appears unhealthy, take clear photos and report the concern within 24 hours under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
