Custom design and substitutions
You choose the Expression, occasion, ribbon, and gift details; Botanical Expressions thoughtfully creates the rest. Each arrangement is individually designed. Plants, containers, gift packaging, and design elements vary based on availability.
Photos show the approximate size, fullness, quality, and style of an Expression, not an exact arrangement. We may make substitutions of comparable character and value while preserving the overall intention and quality. Fresh floral accents are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the order confirmation.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and delivery fees are shown before payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout. The final total displayed at checkout controls. Payment must be authorized through the available secure payment service.
Order acceptance
An order is not accepted merely because information was submitted. Acceptance is subject to successful payment, delivery eligibility, scheduling availability, and our ability to fulfill the request. We may decline or cancel an order and issue any required refund if fulfillment is not possible or if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Messages and recipient details
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of gift messages, names, addresses, phone numbers, and delivery instructions. We may decline content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Delivery
Delivery is offered only within the stated service area and available windows. Exact delivery times are not promised. Your responsibilities regarding recipient access, safe-location permission, and accurate information are described in the Delivery Policy.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Custom living arrangements are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy, including the 48-hour cancellation cutoff and 24-hour quality-concern window.
Care and natural variation
Plants are living products whose condition may change based on light, water, temperature, handling, pets, and other conditions after delivery. General guidance appears in our Plant Care & Safety notice, but individual plants may require different care.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Botanical Expressions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms as our services change. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The effective date identifies the current version.
